Looking for new players


You are to pre-register the player at the EAYSO web site (http://www.eayso.org) and print out 2 copies of the player registration form.    New volunteers should also fill out a volunteer form and print out a volunteer form at EAYSO.     Once completed, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions regarding sending the player, volunteer forms and payment.
